DEDICATION

Dedication Page

This site is as originally dedicated to the teachers and staff of St. Theresa PreK to 8 School until its close in 2020 during the COVID Pandemic.  It is now dedicated to the Parish PreK Program in Hellertown and to the wonderful faith community at St. Theresa’s Parish that has embraced me and allowed me the privilege of teaching and serving at this school and Prek Program.  I wish to give a special thanks to  Pastor Emeritus Monsignor Merman, Father Dominic,  Bishop Schlert, Father Tauber, Father Krivak, Father Hutta, Deacon Schilsler, Decaon Dave, and the wonderful Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary who served  this parish:  Sister Jude, Sister Dennis, Sister Marie Eugene, Sister Lorraine, Sister Bernadette, Sister Anita Patrick, Sister Terese  for their leadership and service to our school and the parish community.    I also want to give a very sincere and deeply appreciated thanks to Mrs. Conlin, Mrs. Glass, Mrs. Schiller, Mrs. Weiss, Mrs. Tice, and Deacon Schisler for their leadership as principals of the PreK to 8 school during my time at St. Theresa’s. I would also like to thank the Leaders of our New PreK Program, Mrs. Dolores Fartel and Mrs. Mary Morsbach, who have so ably steered our program through the challenges of COVID into the vibrant program we have today.   Hats off to my fellow teachers who have allowed me the privilege of introducing them to and trying to teach them about various forms of instructional technology.  My deepest appreciation and sincerest thanks to all of the students who have enriched my life with their love of learning, their laughter, their hugs, and their smiling faces that greet me each day.

A very special thanks to those parents who over the years have volunteered their time and talents to serve our school and Prek Program and those who volunteered to server on the Technology Committee to help me with the work of building this program at our school.  Also a deeply appreciated thanks to the parents who have donated their time, talents, and even significant amounts of technology equipment to help our school.   My job would be much harder were it not for the support of my faithful Technology Committee Team.  Since that team has changed over the years I just want to say thank you to all who have served on that committee from its inception and for those who continue to serve on that Committee.  Your faithful service in helping us explore how to support, upgrade, and advance the technology integration efforts at the school are deeply appreciated.

Not least among those I wish to thank are the parents of our students whose efforts to support their children and our school and our PreK Program are deeply treasured by me and all the staff here.  To the parishioners of St. Theresa’s parish, for you great generosity and love of our little school, God bless you all and may he richly bless all the gifts you have provided.  I also want to thank the students for their challenging and interesting insights that they have shared with me, and the encouragement they have shared throughout my teaching experience here.

Finally with special thanks to Sister Ann Bubser and Kathy Bondi at the former Diocesan Education Office for their support and encouragement over the years, and to all the dedicated staff of that office, and to Bishop Schlert for his leadership of the Diocese during these very challenging times for Catholic Education.
